This privacy policy describes the policies of Cascadian Watch Corp. (collectively “Company” or “we,” “us,” or “Cloki”) regarding the information we collect or receive about our customers for the Cloki app.

 

What Information About Me Is Collected and Stored?

Cloki collects no personal information from you at all.

If you ask us a question by email, or subscribe to a mailing list, we will not send you product announcements or other promotional communications in response (unless that is what you requested). We do not sell, barter, or rent your personal information.

If a software error should occur and is reported back to us, the information collected is about the error only. Any information collected is non-personal, non-identifying, and will never be passed to any third party.

In the event we wish to publicly post any of your personal information on a website (as, for instance, a letter), we will contact you with details and ask for your express permission to publish that information and will not publish without your express permission.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use the Cloki app, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on you phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device internet protocol address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of the app and other statistics.

Calendar and Health Data

If you choose, Cloki can link to your calendar to display upcoming appointments in the upcoming twelve hours in the form of arcs on the edge of the clock face. This is your private, personal data. Cloki does not collect or use this data in any way or form.

Also, if you choose, Cloki can link to either the Apple health app for iPhones or to the Samsung health app for Android phones. The purpose is to display on the clock either the steps or distance walked during the day. Again, this is your personal, private data. Cloki does not collect or use this data in any way or form.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the service. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Governing Law

U.S. law shall govern in any and all disputes, including privacy or defamation issues or otherwise.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on the website and/or summary of any software updates. You are advised to review the privacy policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this privacy policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
